A Rich God

Of hunger, a little boy cried,

Adjurned for a piece of bread,

Thy lord who was rich and impaired,

Scurred from the hell he had raised!

Of penury, the little boy implored,

Aspired for a roof  when the night fell ,

Thy god who never knew no poverty,

Swayed over an indigent's death knell!

Of dejection, the little boy beseeched,

Grailed to be all smiles now and then,

Thy creator who was dreary and bland,

Skipped a poor man's chapter often!!!
